Email signature management
Design a polished signature in minutes, see exactly what your recipients will see, and install it in Outlook, Gmail or Apple Mail. Teams on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace get every signature filled from the directory and delivered for them, with nothing to paste.
No tracking pixels · Your email never passes through us
Design
A live editor where every change shows up instantly, exactly as it will be sent.
From photo-and-divider to a compact reply signature. Switch any time; your details stay put.
Your name in one of eight script styles under "Best regards", made automatically from your name.
Brand-coloured or matching icons in four shapes, sized and spaced the way you want.
"Book a call", "Join our team", a promotional banner or a row of awards, each placed exactly where you want it.
Check how mail apps recolour it in dark mode, and how it shrinks to fit a phone screen.
Confidentiality text in small print, a favourite quote, and phone numbers formatted for you.
Built for Outlook
Classic Outlook draws email with Microsoft Word's engine, which quietly drops rounded corners, deletes blank lines and rearranges layouts. MailSlick builds every signature around those limits, so what you design is what arrives.
Premium · for organisations on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Connect Microsoft 365 and MailSlick fills in everyone's details from your directory, builds every signature on the server, and puts the right one in every new email. Nobody pastes anything.
Names, titles, phones and photos come from Microsoft 365 (or the Active Directory synced to it) or Google Workspace. A promotion or a new hire updates the signature by itself, every hour.
Microsoft: an Outlook add-in deployed once from the admin center puts the current signature in every new email, reply and forward on Windows, Mac, web and phone; Exchange adds it for other mail apps. Google: written straight into each person's Gmail settings.
One organisation template; departments, positions or security groups change only what differs, and one person can have their own photo. Admins edit, staff never need to.
Private by design
Some signature services route every outgoing message through their servers to stamp a signature on it. MailSlick doesn't, and never will.
Your messages go straight from your mail app to your recipients.
Nothing in a MailSlick signature reports who opened your email.
Your name, title, contact details and images. Nothing more is collected.
Fonts, icons and images are served by MailSlick itself, not by outside services.

For your organisation · Premium
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with a step-by-step guide. Everyone's name, title, phones and photo come in from your directory and stay current.
One template for the organisation; change only what differs for a department or a person. The server builds every signature.
On Microsoft, upload the add-in in the admin center once. On Google, nothing at all: signatures are written into Gmail. Every new email carries the current signature; nobody pastes anything, ever again.
Yes. MailSlick is designed around classic Outlook for Windows, the hardest mail app for signatures, and also works with new Outlook, Outlook on the web, Gmail and Apple Mail.
No. MailSlick never touches your messages. It stores your signature and its images, and that's all.
Yes, with Premium. Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and everyone's details come from your directory; one template with changes per department or person. On Microsoft the Outlook add-in puts the current signature in every email, and Exchange adds it for mail apps that can't run the add-in; on Google it is written straight into everyone's Gmail settings. Single sign-on is next.
Pricing will be a simple flat price per organisation, not a charge for every person. Details come with the launch.
They keep working. Images are never deleted, even if you change or remove a signature, because emails already sent still show them.
